All bookings mandate a $30 deposit. Online bookings necessitate a 24-hour advance notice. For next-day bookings, kindly contact us at (909)766-2069. We do not accept walk-in Accommodating squeeze-ins incur an additional $100 charge and should be requested through our official website.
Deposits are required for booking services and they can be made through PayPal, cash app, Zelle, via the website. However the remainder of payment can be settled in cash.
Please be sure to arrive on time, any late arrivals more than 15 minutes will need rescheduling and will incur a late fee.
If you cancel your appointment less than 24hrs before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a penalty fee of $30. To avoid cancelation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24hrs prior to your appointment.
Please be advised that we do not tolerate no shows and you will not be able to book again.
Everyone’s safety is our utmost priority. If you are suffering from any contagious infection, we recommend that you reschedule your appointment until you feel better. You may be asked to wear a mask.
If you are unhappy with your service, we will gladly work with you to fix it, but due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds.
To guarantee the comfort and safety of everyone we do not allow children in the salon unless being serviced.
